All digital credits and license entitlements are provisioned instantly into your authenticated user workspace immediately upon successful payment verification by our payment gateway.
2. Non-Refundable Policy for Successfully Delivered Digital Assets
Because digital credits, software license keys, and API crawler bandwidth are irreversible digital goods made accessible immediately upon transaction completion:
- All completed and successfully credited purchases are strictly non-refundable once delivered to your account balance.
- Partially consumed credits or audits run against third-party websites cannot be refunded or rolled back.
- Change of mind or accidental duplicate purchase after credits have already been deposited cannot be refunded unless covered under Section 3 (Technical Errors).
